    • Pool Compliance Certificate: Required if your property has a private or shared pool. For Body Corporate properties, this certificate is usually supplied through the Body Corporate. 

    • Water Efficiency Certificate: If your property is individually metered and has a valid water efficiency certificate, water usage charges can legally be passed on to tenants. 

    • Body Corporate By-Laws: If applicable, we’ll need a copy of the by-laws to provide to tenants as part of their lease documentation.
